Cancellation policy:

You have access to Hart Space via a monthly or annual subscription. For the purposes of our monthly and annual subscriptions, a month is 30 calendar days and a year is 365 calendar days.

1) Our “Monthly” subscription is paid in monthly installments. For each month that your monthly subscription is active, you acknowledge and agree that Headspace is authorized to charge the same checking account that was used for the initial subscription fee or another payment method. The monthly subscription fee for renewal will be automatically billed to your specified payment method until canceled. You must cancel your subscription before it is renewed to avoid being charged the following month's subscription fee. No refund is possible for a subscription period of part of a month.

2) Our “Annual” subscription is paid for by prepayment with automatic annual renewal. You acknowledge and agree that Hart Space is authorized to charge the Payment Method used for an annual subscription fee at the rate paid at the time of purchase. You must cancel your subscription before it is renewed to avoid being charged the subscription renewal fee using the payment method you specified. No refunds can be made for a partial subscription period.
